Duties include:
- Overseeing all aspects of FOH & BOH,
- Employee staffing, training & management
- Oversee day to day operations with hands on approach
- Assist with marketing, promotions & event planning
- Theft & loss prevention
- Customer relations & interaction
- Inventory control
- Service & quality control
