LINQM is looking to add a few collectors to the team, specifically aligned to Medical Insurance Collections or Business to Business Collections.

This will be working on accounts that already have claims submitted, MUST have experience following up with insurance companies and getting claims processed.

Ability to work through 20-30 accounts a day

Update Customers on Bills (be able to work through negotiations)

Update Customer Accounts

Update Aging

Communicate with Insurance Companies or Businesses

Understanding of terms
