C# Software Design Engineer, Middle-tier, Web-services, WCF Developer







An IT Engineering team in Redmond, WA is adding two new projects and seeking a .NET developer with three plus (3+) years of C# and two plus (2+) years of SQL development experience. Candidates with a history in team based development projects are encouraged to apply immediately. This is a strong development team that has a love for technology and driving quality. Qualifications



Must haves:



* 3+ years of C# and .NET development experience with strong middle-tier development experience





* Deep knowledge of Web Services with experience with WSE & WCF is highly desired





* 2+ years of SQL development and design experience with SQL Server, including writing efficient T-SQL queries and optimizing complex stored procedures





* Overall understanding of software architectures and development





* Strong ability to implement Object Oriented solutions and writing secure code

* Capable of designing UML diagrams in Visio, including class and sequence diagrams

* Can develop and optimize web applications that run in a web farm environment





* Team-based development experience is a requirement

* Ability to proactively identify issues and coordinate resolutions









Strongly desired



* Experience with Winforms and ASP.NET

* Experience in n-tier architecture

* Passion to drive quality

* Solid written and verbal communication skills

* Experience in setup and deployment tools such as clickonce/MSI or any others







Pluses



* Exposure to.NET 3.0+ technologies, such as WCF and WPF.

* Experience with developing SSIS packages

* Demonstrated ability to design and implement toolsets for enterprise solutions

* Experience with MSBuild and build/deployment automation

* Experience with the MS internal security review process

* Experience with unit testing framework

* Experience with SilverLight
