Requiriement:- Advises and supports management in identifying staffing needs and creating recruiting plans Serves as main contact for both the hiring manager and candidate for the recruiting process Cultivates relationships with all candidates including women and minority candidates at target schools and through partner organizations Designs, controls and supports campus recruiting methods, systems, processes and tools Develops consistent processes and procedures to ensure a seamless Firm experience for all recruits and hires Ensures that candidates feel confident that all candidate applications are in safe hands and being actioned. Attends campus presentations and target events Creates requisitions and reviews requisitions with hiring manager Debrief hiring manager after interviews to review and confirm selection decision Deliver and manage full time training program for new hires Work closely with Lateral Recruiting to ensure consistency in recruiting processes and approach.For more information please visit us at www.recruitingcrossing.com
