Case Manager, RN
The Case Manager is responsible for Utilization Review and Discharge Planning. You will be expected to assist in the development, planning, coordination and administration of all activities.
Primary responsibility includes daily review of patient medical records to determine both the need or lack thereof of continued hospital stay, admission, and use of ancillary services.
Candidate must be a Registered Nurse. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and follow-up skills.

Additional requirements:
* Minimum of three years nursing experience
* Strong communication skills and ability to work with all members of the health care team.
* Acute Care Experience Required
* Prior experience in Case Management or Utilization Review preferred
* TX RN License Preferred
