Job Description:
I am Will Eblen and a recruiter with Veritiss. We are looking for qualified candidates who speak/read/write Pashto and Dari to serve as linguists working with the U.S. Military in support of OEF in Afghanistan.

These positions are for a one year contract that maybe extended for a second year or more. To qualify for a linguist position you must be a U.S. citizen, willing to obtain a security clearance, and be willing to work in Afghanistan.
Some of the duties required of a linguist are as follows:
Provide operational contract linguist support to U.S. Army operations in Afghanistan
Provide general linguistic support for military operations and interpret during interviews, meetings, and conferences
Interpret and translate written and spoken communications

Scan, research, and analyze foreign language documents for key information.

Pay & benefits for a one year contract are:
Cat I $184,500.00
Cat II $210,000.000
Cat III $235,500.000
