*Design and Management of facilities system projects
*Supervision of service and construction contractors
*Development and supervision of building maintenance and construction activities
*Response to miscellaneous customer facilities requests, requiring engineering expertise

Required Skills: ? At least 5 years of facilites project management experience
*Knowledge of building and safety codes
*Mechanical, process piping and HVAC experience preferred.
*CAD and MS Project experience preferred.

Education:
BS in Engineering or equivalent, preferably Mechanical Engineering
