Were looking for a
Finance Project Manager
to join our
FMS Team
in
Lodz, Poland.

As a
Finance Project Manager,
youll be responsible for
driving Finance Transformation for Finance, in the FP&A & related Finance areas, using Digital as an Enabler.



What youll do


Alignment of business processes with Digital (Finance related),
Identification of opportunities and providing solutions that fit the business and improve the Finance processes,
Alignment of business processes and solutions cross Function / cross Finance Pillar,
Maintain an adequate network of stakeholders (e.g. Finance pillar leads) to review Digital support and mid/long term roadmap,
Maintain an adequate network of 'key users' and cover information and training needs (business, Finance, FSC),
Execute projects varying in size and complexity, cross Finance Pillar and/or cross Function, in a role as project manager or process expert,
Represent Finance in (future) initiatives to standardize the Signify Digital landscape,
Pro-actively ensure of process and data quality in Signify (FP&A) systems to improve/stabilize Finance processes,
Functional (application) ownership (VIPP, PVMC, NMC, FX, BPC, SAC C&A, SAC planning),
Functional (master data) ownership (ERM, profit centers, MRU, ORU/company codes, service materials).


Activitiesalso include

Review change request, (re)discuss with stakeholders, pre-discuss with BA, approve/decline (VIPP,PVMC, NMC, FX, SAC),
Ad-hoc questions on data quality, calculations, corrections, functionality,
Missing data, lost data, missing calculations, others,
Develop new SAC features / improvements in existing models (as part of self service).


Your qualifications


Strong knowledge of Finance (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, performance management system),
Hands-on experience & expert user with Microsoft Office suite,
Good understanding of IT architecture (ERP, ETL, BI, front-end reporting),
Demonstrates knowledge of database concepts, master/transaction data,
Good understanding of and experience with business process modeling (drawing) techniques,
Analytical thinking and problem solving,
Knowledge of and experience with SAP (ECC or BI) is a (big) plus,
Knowledge of and experience with SQL is required,
Experience with at least one programming language is a pre (to cover programming concepts).
