A studio that is creating casual and addictive downloadable games, with the intention of establishing themselves as a world leader on digital distribution across all platforms is currently looking for a talented designer.

They believe that the future of digitally-distributed games promises to be more diverse than ever in respect to the scale and genre of development and the business models employed; they has been established to deliver on that promise.

The team is looking for an experienced candidate who has production experience and at least one fully shipped title under their belt. You should be a self-motivated and well-organised game designer who can enthuse about the project and work well within a team.

You should be adept at all aspects of game design and should be driven to produce the best possible results with the resources available. Ideally, a talented game designer – experience leading a project is less important than enthusiasm.

You will be working on a next gen. project for digital distribution – responsible for all aspects of design: documentation, level design, scripting etc. as well as working with the team to incorporate their ideas, present a consistent vision and ensure the best product possible.

Essential Skills
* Ability to maintain the vision of the project and inspire the team to work toward it.
* An ability to communicate concepts clearly.
* A good understanding of art and code disciplines.
* Enthusiasm and fresh thinking essential.

Desirable Skills
Experience with tile editors, scripting and tool creation; Photoshop and Lua.
