Required Skills: Education/Licensing: High School Graduate or GED with unit secretary training and/or applicable experience. CNA II certification required. Current BLS certification. Successful completion of basic EKG course within 3 months of hire.Qualifications: Acute care hospital experience preferred. Knowledge of medications, medical terminology and spelling. Rhythm interpretation training and experience with basic EKG course highly preferred. Keyboard skills and familiarity with computers essential. Ability to interact with the public courteously and effectively. Ability to work in a busy area, adapting to frequent interruptions while maintaining efficiency, a calm demeanor and approach.
