We are looking for 4+ years of J2EE experience for a client in Florida. We also have similar roles in northern Virginia.

Title: Lead J2EE Applications Developer
Location: St. Petersburg, FL (Gulf Coast)

Green Card or US citizenship only.

Compensation: Base salary open, but we are targeting a base salary of $90-95,000 USD (northern VA salaries $90-115,000). Excellent benefits. Full relocation is offered including pack, ship, move, help with closing costs and costs associated with purchasing a home.

Required Skills: Must have the ability to execute in a fast paced team environment, the ability to capture complex business concepts and implement clean, reusable design; and 4+ years of J2EE experience. Strong knowledge in Data Services Layer (Hibernate, JDBC), strong SQL and database experience, and strong knowledge of frameworks and design patterns (STRUTS, DAO, SOA, Factory, Delegate) is required. Mature development skills and mature design skills, strong analytical and process skills, the ability to provide strong leadership guidance and support to other team members, and the ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships (IS and Business) is required.

Pluses: WebLogic Portal experience is preferred; other portal servers such as WebSphere, JBoss are desirable. Web Content Management System (Documentum) is preferred. Ability to manage one or more developers across multiple development projects. leadership of the development of complex technical systems.
