J2EE Enterprise Architect, has a firm grasp on lifecycle of projects and can document design from architecture perspective. The ideal person will come up from developer, team lead, system analyst, to principle consultant. This person should be assertive, communicate very effectively, and analytically.

One aspect of the position is Systems Analysis. The other is Design Analysis. This employee will not be doing any coding/developing. Although, they must understand code and may have actually been a developer, their recent experience over the last few years needs to be from a Designer standpoint. They really need to understand design patterns, architecture and can really relate to the business of why this application is in place. Development experience alone will not be enough for this position.

Ultimately seeking a Systems Analyst with a strong Java/J2EE background. This person needs to know how to do systems cases, system design, lead JAD sessions and can be a strong influencer within the team.

Requirements:
*2 years Architecture experience
*5 years Systems Analysis
*5 years working with Java/J2EE.
*Deep understanding of Design patterns is crucial
*Deep understanding of Systems design, systems cases, and analysis is required
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required
