Experienced in establishing ORM (Object Relational Mapping) Framework such as JPA (Java Persistence API) or equivalent. Must be well versed in Java as to mentor local Java resources yet be highly familiar with Oracle RDBMS capabilities. Hands-on architecture & lead experience with Oracle Toplink, JDeveloper and Oracle Application Server is required.  Location:  Dayton, OH area; Clearance: TS/SCI desired, DoD Secret minimum.
