Compensation: ($80K+) & Benefits, will consider higher compensation options for exceptional candidate
Work Location: Detroit or Minneapolis preferred
Travel: 60-70% dependent on customer location throughout North America

• Timely and accurately record work efforts (cost, time, actual and forecast) and expenses
• Ability to deliver to and manage customer expectations under stressful conditions within complex environments with multiple stakeholders
• Ability to translate business requirements into solution design that meets business objectives
• Having the willingness and skills to mentor, support and coach other team members
• Ability to follow established process with minimum management oversight and inconsistency
Technical Skills - 2- 5 Years Real-Life Project Experience
• Java and General object-oriented concepts (OOA/D/P, UML)
• J2EE, JSP, HTML, CSS, Javascript, XML
• JBoss Application Server, Tomcat, IIS
• Eclipse as IDE, and Java Rich Client Platform
• Database Development (MSSQL Server and Oracle, TSQL resp. PL/SQL)
• Installation of software, running of scripts
• Familiarity with Windows and Linux platforms
Business Process Skills – Preferred
• Master Data Management (MDM)
• Data profiling and migration processes
• Product Information Management (PIM) processes
• Supplier Relations Management (SRM) processes
• SAP, PeopleSoft, Ariba ERP experience
Education/Certifications
• Bachelor's degree or higher
• PMP certification preferred
