Program Development:
All RN staff - Professional Nursing Model - Our Day Surgery unit is expanding to 8 ORs serving multiple specialties, performing 450-500 cases per month - 67% of RNS are BSN - 29% of RNS have CNOR. Patient safety initiatives and quality improvement measures in Hand Hygiene, Medication Labeling and Documentation, and Performance of Final Verifications.
