Texas Hospital in need of Lab Director 60+ bed facility, BS preferred. Background: 3-5 years in a hospital, clinical mgmt role Position reports to COO. Areas of Responsibility: General Lab, Blood Bank and Microbiology, 20 FTE's, Rural facility, good culture. Salary $nego. plus relo.

Excellent Lab Team already in place.
Must be a strong leader and have excellent communication skills.
