Our clients patented Hybrid Artificial Intelligence technology is disrupting the fast growing Data Privacy industry and we are looking for engineers like you to join our team and make a difference. Their technology is used by the Fortune 500 companies to help protect customer data and comply with the privacy laws around the world. As a Lead Engineer you will be one of the key members of our product engineering team and help build great products. You will provide technical guidance to our development team and oversee the technical aspects of all projects.



 



Responsibilities




  • Write clean and secure code based on product requirements

     

  • Work with a team of engineers and help meet deadlines

     

  • Build interactive web applications, APIs and algorithms for core product and client requirements

     

  • Optimize performance and browser compatibility

     

  • Ensure technical decisions support our goals of quality, scalability, reliability, security and high performance.

     



Requirements




  • Good Work Ethics + A degree in computer engineering or similar subject.

     

  • 7-10 years of experience building web applications and back-end software

     

  • Prior work in a team-oriented environment as a full stack or back end engineer

     

  • Solid experience with LAMP stack or LEMP stack (Linux, Apache, MySQL/MariaDB, PHP)

     

  • Hands on experience with JQuery and Bootstrap, AJAX, and other Javascript libraries such as ReactJs

     

  • Skilled in building highly-scalable web applications (e.g., well-designed APIs, high volume datasets, efficient algorithms)

     

  • Strong Experience with SQL - complex queries, stored procedures, database architecture, message queues

     

  • Hands on experience building Restful/SOAP APIs, micro services

     

  • Excellent command line skills on LINUX

     

  • Knowledge of container technology (docker, etc.) and cloud services (IaaS, PaaS). Strong knowledge and experience with AWS

     

  • Experience with NoSQL/Hadoop/Hive/HBASE, Cassandra, MongoDB, etc. is a plus

     

  • Experience using third-party testing tools and frameworks and working with version control systems such as GIT, Bitbucket, etc.

     



Pluses




  • Hands-on experience with Python, Java or AI Algorithms

     

  • Experience with vulnerability assessments, security scanning, data mapping etc.
