We bring together all our local and global professionals working in the Human Resource Services arena - actuaries, accountants, tax and regulatory specialists, communications experts, personal financial advisors, as well as HR professionals, with expertise in the area of benefits, assessment, compensation, staffing and process management - affording our clients an unmatched breadth and depth of expertise.

We currently have an opportunity for an Associate/Senior Associate in our Boston office.

Responsibilities for this key role include:
Utilize your expertise to play a key role in the HRTS team by providing key insight and consulting to our clients in the M&A environment.
Communicate financial due diligence issues in a clear, non-technical manner to the client within the overall deal context.
Team with other subject matter experts to ensure seamless delivery of HRTS product, coordinating deliverables with other transaction professionals.

Requirements:


- 3 to 6 years of relevant experience, preferably in a consulting environment.
- Demonstrated progress on SOA exams (ASA, FSA)
- Knowledge of US GAAP required.
- Prior experience with "transaction" environments and previous direct involvement with M&A activities preferred. At a minimum, candidate must have strong interest in working on "transaction" projects
- Ability to work under tight timeframes / deadlines and deliver superior client service are musts.
- Must be a dynamic and enthusiastic "self-starter", capable of showing initiative
- Must be eager to learn new skills beyond existing area of expertise, in particular, those relating to broader HR issues
