Constellation Brands has partnered with Worldleaders to hire a Tax Director for their Corporate Development team. This position, open due to internal promotion, is an excellent opportunity to join a world class organization. Responsibilities

- Identify and analyze tax risks and opportunities while advising management on alternative tax strategies for acquisition,
disposition, and restructuring of businesses.
- Actively participate in due diligence process and determine potential tax liabilities and exposures in strategic transactions. Review and analyze merger agreements.
- Effectively coordinate with the Corporate Development team that may consist of management, attorneys, investment bankers, and consultants.
- Develop a thorough understanding of Constellation’s operations and the underlying business process to develop and insure the implementation of effective tax strategies and plans.
- Establish relationships with portfolio companies to show planning opportunities.
- Prepare financial analysis as required by senior management
- Interpret the impact of changes in operations and recommends modifications as necessary to senior management
- Provide partnership transaction, planning and oversight
- Provide research and support on taxation of financial products
- Provide project support in other tax areas as necessary

Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or MST a plus
- Minimum five years corporate federal tax experience, with a combination of both public accounting and large corporation experience
- Demonstrated ability to achieve results
- Must be able to communicate effectively with senior management in a clear, concise, and reasonable manner
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- High proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint also required
