Job Description:
Technical Guru status required, Mac certification preferred, Technical training and retail experience is preferred. Provide frontline customer support at the Genius Bar, including hardware and software troubleshooting and diagnosis and basic customer product training, repair Apple hardware and software products, manage all aspect of repair work flow including open repairs prioritization, case management, and service part order management, review all hardware product returns and re-qualify product for resale, provide technical support for in-house systems, research order and repair status for customers, review warranty claims, provide ongoing technology coaching to sales associates, maintain organized and efficient repair workplace.
