Job Description

Work with a large team responsible for pricing company’s global intercompany funding transactions - Manage and develop transfer pricing analysts - Effectively interface with various leaders from business and corporate tax, finance & operations - Manage transfer pricing planning projects (e.g., funding strategies, loan valuations, HQ cost allocations, cash pool studies, etc.) - Manage transfer pricing documentation - Manage transfer pricing controversy (audits and litigation) - Assist with global regulatory reviews - Utilize and/or develop financial industry expertise to enhance transfer pricing best practices


Qualifications
Mandatory minimum qualifications - 3 - 7 years of transfer pricing experience ·Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field ·Strong communication skills (oral & written) ·Self starter ·Ability to navigate through a large matrix organization and get things done ·Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment Additional Eligibility Qualifications -- will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States for this opening. Desired Characteristics ·Graduate degree ·Financial industry experience ·Big 4 or large corporate experience ·Experience working in a matrixed environment ·Adaptable/flexible: open to change in response to new information, different or unexpected circumstances, and/or ability to work in ambiguous situations ·Integrity: Accepting and adhering to high moral, ethical, and personal values in decisions, communications, actions, and when dealing with others
