Specializing in the medical device, automotive, and aerospace industries, this manufacturer is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Manager who has extensive experience in this same manufacturing background. In addition to previous management experience, you must have a BSME or Related Degree, and have at least 10 years experience developing processes and tooling on multiple spindled screw machines. You must be familiar with newer manufacturing techniques such as Six Sigma and Kaizen, and have experience with Continuous Improvement and Lean Manufacturing implementation. A proven track record of improving production processes to increase productivity while reducing costs and lead time is also required. APICS Certification is a huge plus! This company is offering an outstanding wage and benefits package, along with relocation assistance.
