Marketing Analyst and Marketing Associate needed to develop strategy, manage budgets, and identify the best marketing channels for reaching potential users of this successful startup's mobile games.

Responsibilities:
• Develop overall marketing strategy and manage marketing budget for several live games
• Collaborate with Marketing and Product team executives to define marketing goals, develop marketing plans, and implement marketing campaigns
• Use analytical and modeling skills to understand marketing channel economics and optimize marketing campaign performance
• Identify new marketing channels and manage relationships with external channel partners
• And, because we are a start-up, we'll count on you to be an all-around super deluxe business ninja to help us tackle any other tough problems we may come across.

Qualifications:
• Ideal for pre-MBA candidates with at least 2 years of experience for Associate (or strong internship experience to 2 years of experience for Analyst) in one of the following:
o Strategy consulting (Private Equity, Venture Capital, etc.)
o General business / product role at a blue chip technology company
o Online / digital / web / mobile advertising
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills with impeccable business judgment
• Strong Excel skills. Experience with SQL a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous start-up experience a strong plus
• Strong work ethic, with ability to take initiative on loosely-defined projects
• Bachelor's degree required, ideally in quantitative discipline (Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, etc.)
