Do you have an interest in real estate, work well with people, possess good phone skills and are willing to obtain a real estate license? If so, you can work for one of the top commercial real estate agents in Charles Dunn Company, Inc.
Duties include data base manangement, market research, answering phones, preparation of proposals, marketing packages, letters, offers, counter-offers and managing escrows. Candidate will have the opportunity to learn and become proficient in financial analyses of both commerical and industrial properties.
Candidates MUST have a college degree, command of the English language, excellent writing skills, be proficient in Excel, Word, have some experience or exposure to Power Point, Photoshop, Goldmine, Internet Explorer and be interested in learning real estate related programs including, but not limited to WinForms, Win2Data, Costar and the MLS.
