Property Consultants Realty is a real estate firm that has been around for over 20 years that is looking for a part time, internship position in our Bucktown office working with a team of prominent commercial real estate brokers.
This position is required to provide marketing related services. This includes support and assists the brokers with the creation, production, and distribution of marketing materials, presentations, and email blasts. This position is also responsible for all the social networking of the company as well as managing the company website.
Requirements:
College students looking for part time or an internship position are encouraged to apply.
Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, and Dreamweaver.
Ability to work in a team setting as well as be able to work independently.


Responsibilities:

To create brochures, fliers, and email blasts for agents in regards to new listings, open houses, and brokers tours.
Upkeep of the company website using Dreamweaver, and managing the analytical side of the website and Google searches.
Managing PCR social network sites such as Linkedin, Facebook, Twitter, Google places, and Yelp pages.
