The Marketing & Public Relations Associate position for Associated Renewable is focused on building awareness of the companies brand image. The position will also develop messaging appropriate to the company services, generating leads that result in business growth by promoting the company’s overall position in the energy sector.

ABOUT THE JOB
===============
We currently have an opening for a Marketing & Public Relations Associate that will involve executing marketing activities to create brand awareness, interest and recognition of Associated Renewable’s energy solutions and consulting services. Through the use of online marketing, website content management, electronic marketing campaigns, channel marketing and marketing communications writing/copywriting the associate will build the company’s presence to strengthen strategic industry relationships and leverage our services in the energy industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
=================
• Assisting with product marketing including: creating advertising copy, grassroots/online marketing, premiums, and public relations.
• Market Research, Advertising placement & Service development
• Public Relations & Brand Management
• Assisting with online program research and analyzing secondary research
• Assisting with product management including: copywriting, writing text bonus features, and tracking materials.
• Assisting with content writing & press releases
• Providing administrative support for Marketing Department – ordering promotional items, coordinating with vendors and suppliers of promotional services, invoice management
• Prepare Renewable energy related content for industry articles & Website
• Continuously monitor media analytics in order to understand and respond to audience interests
• Organize and structure Website content for maximum effect
• SEO Web content writing, article writing, creating back links for the website
• Managing social media platforms: LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter accounts
• Prepare and post content for an online audience
• Work within the context of social media to drive audience traffic

REQUIREMENTS:
=============
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or Business with a Marketing Major
• Exceptional skills at creating and publishing marketing materials that build the brand, articulate the products/services benefits/differentiation and increase awareness
• Ability to network with social media and other Marketing and Public Relations professional to achieve awareness and lead generation goals
• Must be detail and deadline oriented
• Excellent communication skills with all levels within an organization
• Strong planning and time-management skills, work ethic and, a strong desire to be part of building something new
• Working knowledge of web presentation (Webex), proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, familiarity with computer software/hardware concepts
• Journalism experience
• Experience using new media formats Experience with, or a strong inclination to write within a technical/engineering related field
