MARKETING & CASE COORDINATOR
Behavioral Support Services, Inc. (BSS) is located in beautiful Winter Park, Florida. The agency has provided services for persons with developmental disabilities and/or behavioral health diagnosis since 1999. BSS provides counseling to the children and families of Orange, Osceola, and Seminole Counties, with more than 125 dedicated staff, serving more than 1000 clients monthly.

JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for marketing, coordinating and managing autism programs
JOB DUTIES:
• Implement market campaigns including onsite visits (e.g. pediatrician’s office, etc.), outbound calls, follow-ups
• Establish and maintain good rapport with referral sources
• Open electronic case files and verify receipt of documentation
• Obtain initial and concurrent authorization for services
• Assign appropriate staff
• Review & monitor reports
• Prepare correspondence & communication
• Execute a variety of tasks crucial to the efficient operation of BSS
• Perform other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor degree, Business or Public Relations preferred
• 3+ years working experience in marketing
• Excellent public speaking skills
• Excellent writing skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong customer service skills and ability to work in a dynamic team environment
