Job Responsibilities:
• Maintain, customize, and support new/existing clients’ Dynamics NAV software solutions
• Assist in analysis, design and development of standardized products for specific vertical and horizontal markets. Platforms include Dynamics NAV, Mobile (IOS, Android and Windows Mobile) and Web
• Program, troubleshoot, debug, test modifications, enhance, and upgrade Dynamics NAV programs per existing client specifications
• Develop interfaces from NAV to variety of other applications and databases
• Help create documentation for processes and enhancements for training purposes
• Multitask and prioritize with project managers to satisfy multiple clients
• Motivate and guide other developers and team members
• Obtain relevant NAV certifications and continuously improve skills and knowledge


Requirements:
• 2+ years’ experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV and/or other ERP systems.
• Knowledge of .NET or other programming languages.
• Knowledge of Mobile Application development or SharePoint is a plus.
• Able to work, learn, and solve challenges independently using provided resources and material
• Self-motivated, ambitious, creative, and responsible professional
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Able to interact with clients
• Able to multitask and prioritize
• Able to manage work load and pressure to meet deadlines successfully
• Excellent attitude and a team player
• Goal oriented with focus to complete projects successfully
