This is a Labor and Delivery position which assures the delivery of patient care with the skills of an experienced Registered Nurse. Position responsibilities include ensuring continuity of patient care, serving as a resource for subordinate staff, facilitating problem solving, assisting with Quality Improvement Activities, staff education and assuring compliance with established policies and procedures and other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS: Registered Nurse in the State of Arizona. Previous Leadership experience in OB/L&D required. FHM class required within 6 months with an update required bi-annually, BLS required on hire, ACLS required within 6 months of hire, NRP required within 6 months


22 FTEs

3 Labor rooms, 1 antepartum room, 4 post-partum rooms, 2 triage rooms.

Will be in charge of L&D, OB, and Nursery.

Prefer MSN. Must have 3 yrs of experience as a Director. Prefer For-Profit hospital experience.
