Client is seeking an O&M Manager for a power plant position in Hawaii. You will need 5 or more years of Operations and Maintenance experience in a power plant. A BS in Engineering, or equivalent experience is required. You must have at least 2 years of supervisory experience in the role of O&M or Maintenance Manager. The client prefers someone with experience in a combined cycle plant and a background in combustion and steam turbines. You will be responsible for managing the daily plant operations and overseeing the maintenance and repair of plant facilities and equipment. Direct the implementation of the Operations Manual and Maintenance Program and identify areas that may need improvement or further development. You will assure that plant operating conditions are kept within efficient and optimum limits. Assure compliance with safety, environmental and power generating requirements.
