Client has an IMMEDIATE NEED for an Operations & Maintenance Technician for a 5-6+ month contract assignment in Wisconsin. You must have 7-10+ years of hands-on experience with operations, maintenance and instrumentation in a power generation facility. You will be responsible for operating and maintaining a gas turbine (simple cycle) power generating facility. You must be able to develop, implement and maintain plant operating procedures, inventory, work order system, plant O&M plans and schedules. You must have experience operating and maintaining GE 7FA gas turbines. You must have experience with GE Mark 5 or Mark 6 control systems. Any experience with Cimplicity would be a plus. You must have the ability and experience to troubleshoot automated control systems, mechanical/electrical systems and perform required maintenance. This job requires you to have the ability to be a self-starter, who can work alone and unsupervised as a member of the O&M team. You need to be able to interview and start work by the end of May 5th (preferably April 28th). A per diem will be given to candidates that are eligible.
