Job Description
Admissions Officer, All Saints Academy, an innovative, family-loved, PK-8, Catholic School in Middletown, Rhode Island, known as an active faith-based community and regional educational leader in integrated STEAM instruction, personalized and project-based learning, international award-winning robotics, and its graduates who have distinguished themselves in secondary and higher education
Job Purpose: Attract families and eligible students to the school by directing admissions outreach strategies and personal contact with prospective parents and students
16 hours per week, year-round.
Family & Student Relations & Recruitment:
- Attract families and children through direct and indirect admissions events and activities, including community outreach and school promotionals
- Develop talking points for word-of-mouth marketing of the school by faculty, staff, and parents of the school
- Organize and direct the ASA Parent Ambassador Program
- Promote and drive interest and inquires with a Discover Today’s Catholic School Week marketing campaign
- Create marketing and promotional materials with social media
- Develop retention events for current school families
- Conduct dynamic open houses with the engagement of current parents and alumni
- Arrange and schedule student shadow days
- With the school Advisory Board, create and execute a comprehensive three- to five-year admissions and enrollment management marketing plan
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- Energy, passion and enthusiasm for growing the most exciting PK-8 school on the East Bay, Jamestown area and southwestern Bristol County, MA
- Great listener, excellent speaker, eloquent and effective writer
- Clear thinker with the ability to succinctly, creatively and compellingly communicate the faith-based mission and educational outcomes of an All Saints Academy education
- Excellent organizational capacity and demonstrated ability to be self-directed and self-motivated
- Collaborator who can team-up with the principal, teachers, parent ambassadors and friends of the school for successful outcomes
- Practicing Catholic in good standing with the Church
Relevant Skills: Communications, marketing, familiarity with social media platforms and prospect targeting, sales, web design, visual design, copywriting, image formatting, and competency with G Suite
