Job Summary
Applied Systems, Inc., the worldwide leader in insurance technology, is currently searching for a Part-Time Maintenance Technician to help us keep our building and grounds looking their best. This will include carpet and floor cleaning, restroom maintenance, and other tasks pertaining to the overall upkeep and appearance of the buildings.
Additional responsibilities include:
• Maintain upkeep and cleanliness of building including office and warehouse
• Respond to requests from employees for assistance on various tasks
• Seasonal grounds maintenance
• Purchasing supplies for building as required
• Other maintenance-related activities as required

Requirements:
• Previous HVAC, plumbing, electrical, painting experience
• Access to own vehicle/valid driver’s license
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift, pull, and push up to 50lbs
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality
• Ability to work a minimum of 20 hours and have a flexible work schedule
