Our client, a global law firm is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to join their Chicago team. This firm is looking for a strong contributor to a growing team to work closely with IT and business groups to achieve storage and data protection goals.

You will be responsible for the following activities, in addition to other tasks:
• Performing and supporting test plans, processes, and procedures.
• Executing defined testing processes and procedures for applications, services, and upgrades.
• Identifying and facilitating issue resolution with functional and technical groups.

Required Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related area of study
• Familiarity with standard Quality Assurance practices, procedures, and concepts
• Excellent problem solving and issue resolution skills

Preferred Experience:
• Experience with developing and executing software testing plans
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Keen attention to detail
