Our client is a privately owned processor of seafood. The company has been in operation for more than 25 years and employs over 100 people.

Responsibilities
1) Manage HACCP, GMPs, SOPs and ensure compliance with FDA laws and regulations
2) Oversee budget allocation for R&D division
3) Maintain expenditures within approved limits
4) Oversee sanitation program and product testing
5) Play a crucial role in the development of new products

Requirements
1) Degree (4 year) in Food Science or related field
2) 7+ years of experience (5 years in a managerial role)
3) Knowledge of third party standards like ISO and SQF BRC
