Duties
• Operate, manage the R&D Lab for customer products.
• Maintain and update daily the Technical Support documentation records.
• Develop laboratory data, protocols, and trials to assist and support customer’s needs.
• Provide technical reports and progress summaries to the Commercial and/or Development Teams.
• Develop standards and practices for the plastic or polymer application markets.
• Understand and analyze new products for expanding markets.
• Develop and present comparative data with competitor products.
• Supervise a Lab Chemist and technicians.

Musts
• BS in Engineering, Plastics, Polymers, Chemistry
• 5+ years working with Development of Polyolefin (PP, PE, TPO) products and applications.
• Experience with UV stabilization, processing and testing of Polyolefins, PE, TPE or TPO
• Experience with film, fibers, tape, sheet for commercial applications
• Experience with Calendering, Extrusion or Molding processes.
• Experience with Standard Lab Testing protocols - ASTM, ISO, etc.
• Authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship.
