An exciting, growing and leader in Wellness and Health products within the Food and Beverage is looking for a Process Engineer/Manager/Research Principle.
This would be responsible for evaluating processes,designs and configuration of manufacturing processing systems to drive consumer value, reduce cost and develop best practices. This position will drive and implement the process of the future and best proctices technologies.
Identify equipment suppliers and service providers, work directly with suppliers, and manufacturing plants.
Facilitates communication between marketing, R&D and supply chain.
Accountable for process design and defintion of the manufacturing specs- Must have experience in R&D, scale-up, pilot plant to commercialization


Qualifications:
BS Degree
5-15 years experience in Process Engineering
Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) experience
Experience in Dairy,soy, or aseptic
A yearly bonus and relocation with this position
