Nursing Director of Cardiac & Critical Care Service Line - Arkansas Director of Nursing for Critical Care Services needed for this growing acute 450 bed hospital in West Arkansas. Department consist of critical care, chronic vent and inpatient acute cardiac floor totally of 100 beds. Unit is presently growing and we are looking for a seasoned Director with a background in critical care and cardiac service with STRONG leadership to lead our critical care, 40 hearts a month with supporting cardiac service line. Excellent opportunity for nursing professional seeking a growth opportunity and an opportunity to report to a exceptional Assistant Chief Nursing Officer. Director is called to strategically manage and direct unit within the Medical Center. Ensures efficient and cost-effective use of a variety of resources in delivering quality services. Demonstrating 24-hour accountability for all functions of the nursing unit. Developing and operationalizes a plan for the integration of nursing services. Plans, directs, coordinates and evaluates administrative activities, including fiscal and other resource management. Formulates, implements, interprets, communicates and evaluates nursing division standards. Identifies, coordinates, facilitates and evaluates nursing division quality improvement activities. The position requires effective skills in communication, conceptual thinking, negotiation, integration and planning. Coaches and mentors staff to achieve professional growth development.

Compensation: UP TO 95,000 plus relocation

Experience: Requires a registered nurse with a Bachelors degree and management experience over critical care and cardiovascular clinical areas
