Maxim Healthcare's office in Wilmington, NC is seeking caring and dependable RNs and LPNs for pediatric homecare cases in Leland and Elizabethtown, NC. At this time, all shifts are available on Full Time, Part Time and Per Diem schedules. However, there are IMMEDIATE needs for nurses who can work overnight shifts. While Maxim encourages all nurses with a minimum of 1 year of experience to apply, ideal candidates for these cases should preferably have prior experience with Pediatric, Trach and G-Tube Care.In an effort to ensure that all nurses are prepared for the needs of their patients, the Wilmington office offers in-service training and orientation in Pediatric, Ventilator, Trach and G-Tube Care.All qualified nurses in the area are welcome to apply today for immediate consideration!We are seeking skilled Registered Nurses (RN)/ Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to work within our clients' homes providing direct patient care. Working with the physician, Registered Nurse (RN)/ Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) develop and manage nursing care plans, as well as instruct patients and their families in proper treatment, helping individuals and groups take steps to improve or maintain health. As a Maxim RN / LPN you will be responsible for following a physician established plan of treatment under the direction of our Director of Clinical Services.
