Cardiovascular Intensive Care Nurse Management Open Heart Professional Nursing Manager. Excellent opportunity for Critical Care Nurse Manager to join top rated 500 bed acute hospital. Clinical Nurse Manager needed for busy unit reporting to a dynamic, bright and pleasant Director of Critical Care Services. Role requires clinical oversight and prior experience in CCU, CVICU, MICU and Cardiac Step Down unit. Overall experience in cardiovascular intensive care with open heart experience a must - balloon pump experience a plus! We are looking for Nursing Manager with the understanding of the need to mentor, evaluate staff and work along side the Director meeting needs of this unit including 100 FTE's. Accountability is key along with an understanding of customer service and patient satisfaction.Beautiful campus offering three restaurants and gymnasium. Will consider Shift Manager, Charge Nurse, Supervisor and Clinical Educator for this role. Experience: Requires BSN. With background in critical care and cardiology. Must have open heart experience.
