Clinical Director Intensive Care, Cardiac and Telemetry Services. Excellent opportunity for a seasoned Director for busy Telemetry, Cardiac and Critical Care unit for a 500 bed acute hospital. Located on the east coast of Florida this acute hospital offers all clinical services with a specialty in open heart. This Level II trauma center, is multi award winning and has been named as one of American's 50 Best Hospitals three years in a row from 2007 - 2009. NEW nursing need for a Clinical Director to oversee the operations of a 50 bed unit and 65 FTE's. Role reports to a dynamic non- micro management style Chief Nursing Officer. Unit consist of IMCU with supporting intermediary Cath lab. Clinical Nursing Director candidate will need to have solid critical care and cardiac background to meet unit needs. Looking for nursing leader to connect and mentor staff of this busy dynamic unit. Operating budget over 4.9 million. Beautiful campus offering three restaurants and gymnasium. Compensation: Up to 115,000 plus generous sign on, annual AIP up to 10% and relocation

Experience: Requires BSN. With background in critical care and cardiology. Must have open heart experience.
Will consider strong Nurse Supervisors, Clinical Educator and or Shift Manager, Charge Nurse.
