Nurse Manager Behavioral Health Florida Outstanding opportunity for a Clinical Nurse Manager to work for one of the best hospitals for 2009! Acute hospital over 375 beds has a need for Nurse Manager that specializes in behavioral health. Unit size, over 50 beds and has variety of population from acute and chronic illness. In this key role the Clinical Manager in collaboration with the Director, assists in managing the patient care units for administrative and clinical aspects to include organizing, developing, directing and assuring the delivery of cost effective quality patient care. Ensures patient care is delivered in accordance with established hospital, state, federal and JCAHO Policies and Procedures, regulations, ethics and standards. Clinical Manager should have experience within a acute behavioral setting, experience in QI and utilization.
