Responsibilities:




  • Coordinate management responsibility over outside service contractors.

  • Identify and develop a network of Independent Sales Distributors, policies, pricing and profit sharing.

  • Generate new sales by internet marketing programs and promotions along with existing customers.




  • Work closely with outside internet marketing contractor to plan promotions, blogs and web site postings and development.

  • Coordinate Parts Sales and Service revenue that is separately managed but with a dotted line responsibility.




  • Strategize, develop and execute a plan to take the organization to a “one stop shop provider of Machine Tool equipment, parts and services




  • Oversee the launching of an expansion product line to include CNC machining, drill presses, band saws and press brakes.




  • Maintain and increase sales volume and margin with existing and new accounts within the industrial markets.

  • Execute assigned sales goals and sales plans within a designated sales territory.

  • Secure and maintain distribution of products and agreements.



 



Requirements:



 




  • Bachelor's Degree is a plus – Any Technical training and/or certifications would be helpful.

  • 10+ years of experience in Sales, Account Management and Business Development.

  • Sales of Machinery or Equipment is required with a preference of Machine Tool Systems.

  • Industrial Manufacturing application (Automotive, Machinery, Automation, Truck, Agriculture, Mining, Energy, etc).

  • Experience in profit planning from sales line through gross profit.

  • Experience in recruiting, training and managing sales associates.

  • Experience in preparing annual sales budgets including gross profit goals and departmental profit goals by product line and SKU.

  • Experience negotiating Pricing, Quality, and delivery from overseas suppliers is desired.
