We are seeking an experienced Test Lab Manager for our Direct Client in Huntington Beach, CA.
This Engineer is responsible for developing and executing Test Lab Planning, Schedules, set up and conducting of Developmental and Certification Testing for Aircraft interiors.

• Set-up, conduct and monitor dynamic, static and abuse/cycle testing, including
data acquisition systems.
• Maintain test facility (cleanliness, organization, supplies, etc.)
• Maintain test lab conference room
• Maintain test equipment and fixtures in good working order including
calibrations, spare parts, procurement, maintenance etc.
• Read and understand test plans
• Design and build/oversee build test fixtures/platforms
• Create and maintain internal test facility manual, procedures, work
instructions, etc.
• Maintain and manage internal testing schedule
• Coordinate with engineers
• Keep up to date with the latest industry testing methodologies and testing
equipment
