Areas of Responsibilities: 


  • Maintain the Budgeted volume of Sales and Revenue for this territory, promoting good customer relationships, accurately reflecting company attitudes and policies to our customers and potential customers.

  • Oversee the customer activities within the sales territory. Plan and schedule regular customer visits and to prospected accounts. Develop and maintain detailed knowledge of customer’s activities, potential customers and competitive activities in the marketplace.

  • Keep management and Vinyl Division informed on their activity within their territory.

  • Manage and oversee Sales territory:  Plan, Regular customer visits with current and potential accounts.

  • Manage Sales Travel and Entertainment Expenses based on Monthly Planned customer visits.

  • Meet Expected Sales volume and revenue budgeted target for territory.

  • Contact prospective new customers and continuously search for New and Additional Business opportunities.

  • Initiate and maintain the internal paperwork required to maintain the customer business, which includes NAN's, CQRF's, SPR's and customer contracts.

  • Conduct yourself in a professional and positive manner.




QUALIFICATION REQUIRED:  MINIMUM COMPETENCIES, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, AND/OR PRIOR TRAINING:


  • College Graduate; Bachelor’s degree or higher

  • 3-5 years sales experience. Sales experience in the Plastics/Chemical industry is preferred.

  • Excellent English verbal and writing skills.

  • Strong and proficient Presentation, facilitation and organizational skills required.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

  • Knowledge and application of the sales process, and of business statistics, including probability and statistical inference.

  • Demonstrate exceptional teamwork and customer service; behave professionally; treat others with respect and dignity. 

  • Physical requirements include duties common to a regular office environment.
