RESPONSIBILITIES:




  • As part of our team, your abilities will help our sales department recruit and onboard prospective clients into our firm. Your excellent work habits, reliability, and energy level will help keep this process flowing smoothly throughout the year.

  • Full-time work schedule Monday through Friday.

  • Follow directions and use your own initiative to keep the sales and marketing office running smoothly.

  • Assist the Business Development Manager (BDM) with all aspects of their job to make sure that the department runs smoothly.

  • Coordinate and manage the BSM's calendar.

  • Confirm appointments and rescheduling if necessary.

  • Create and complete proposals, service agreements, and other paperwork accurately and quickly with information provided by the BDM.

  • Contact existing clients and prospective clients to communicate, and to coordinate meetings.

  • Prospect for new clients via cold calling and other means.

  • Service and process the onboarding of new clients.

  • Handle incoming calls and emails from prospects inquiring about our services.




QUALITIES & QUALIFICATIONS DESIRED IN THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:


  • Great interpersonal skills to be able to communicate effectively with a wide variety of people.

  • Capable of providing clear information in both verbal and written forms.

  • Detail oriented and able to learn quickly.

  • Being attentive to the needs of customers.

  • Possessing an upbeat and confident personality and demeanor.

  • Organized and dependable self-starter that can manager and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.

  • Computer skills in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.

  • Ability to learn new things and new software quickly.

  • Experience with a CRM software is a plus.

  • High-energy and positive attitude.
