POSITION SUMMARY

Client's Diagnostics business has the ultimate reach from core lab to point of care in hospitals, doctors' offices and clinics, and from workplaces and government agencies to pharmacies and at home. We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist with a passion for making a difference in our high-volume lab environments, that provide forensic quality laboratory analysis to prevent substance abuse with the commitment of providing superior customer support and customized solutions for all substance abuse testing needs, with the dedication of providing accurate, rapid, and legally defensible analysis.



This critical role will:



Develop strong relationships and partnerships with the business and HR Business & TA Partners.

Work closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to maximize effectiveness of recruiting process

Work with hiring managers and Senior Recruiters to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria.

Regular follow up with the respective hiring managers and candidates to ensure timeliness of recruitment process.

Reviews and effectively markets basic job descriptions to attract best talent



Basic Qualifications:

Experience using a variety of online recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems

Strong understanding and ability to source, qualify and manage a high volume, fast paced non-exempt and exempt workload while staying organized and proactive.

Previous recruitment experience and familiarity with OFCCP regulations, required

Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills and team based project experience.

Decisive ability to shift priorities and function effectively in a dynamic fast paced work culture.

Flexibility to work surge hours as required during proposal time frames

Clear understanding of the recruitment life-cycle processes

Experience with high volume non-exempt and exempt recruitment - including sourcing

Work collaboratively in a team environment

Strong work ethic and confidentiality is a must

Strong Business Acumen required

Proactive professional with minimal supervision and guidance is essential

Ability to influence and drive change management is critical as we move to a centralized TA model.

Is not an "order taker , meaning can effectively and collaboratively push back as needed without saying 'no?...



Preferred qualifications:

3 years' recruitment experience in scientific, healthcare, medical, bio-tech or industries preferred

Call Center recruitment also acceptable in lieu of above industry experience

Taleo & Workday experience, highly desired
