Quintessential Alliances Powered by Integrity Tax is a Consulting firm specializing in Financial Products Tax Preparers wanted for the upcoming Tax Season to work in various locations:

Interview clients to obtain additional information on taxable income and deductible expenses and allowances.

• Interview clients to gather financial information.

Use all appropriate adjustments, deductions, and credits to keep clients' taxes to a minimum.

Prepare or assist in preparing simple to complex tax returns for individuals or small businesses.

Compute taxes owed or overpaid, using adding machines or personal computers, and complete entries on forms, following tax form instructions and tax tables.

Furnish taxpayers with enough information and advice to ensure correct tax form completion.

• Advise others on financial products and services Check data input or verify totals on forms prepared by others to detect errors in arithmetic, data entry, or procedures.

• Verify accuracy of records.

Consult tax law handbooks or bulletins to determine procedures for preparation of atypical returns.

• Update professional knowledge.

Calculate form preparation fees according to return complexity and processing time required.

Answer questions and provide future tax planning to clients.

• Develop financial plans for clients.

• Correspond with customers to answer questions or resolve complaints.

Review financial records such as income statements and documentation of expenditures to determine forms needed to prepare tax returns.

• Examine financial records.

Explain federal and state tax laws to individuals and companies.

• Explain regulations, policies, or procedures

Must be able to work in a group or independently

Marketing skills are desired.

Great Communication skills

Computer Literacy a MUST.

CPA's and Accountants and Other business owner are welcome

All tools for the job are provided and training & certifications and classes are provided.

We are seeking seasoned and newbies to the Tax Industry to become part of this family.

Must have skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficient computer skills

• Attention to detail

• Provide timely follow-up with customers

• Be able to read, write and speak English

• Must maintain a professional personal appearance

• Must be over 18 years of age

• Successfully pass a background check and employment verification.

Desired Skills:

• Between 2 to 5 years of experience in the workforce

• Face-to-face sales/customer service-related experience in industries like retail, hospitality, wireless,                                or call center, ideally including in-person and over-the-phone experience with customers

• Thirst for career development and continuous learning

• Bi-lingual in English and Spanish (desired, not required)

• Value and embrace change and diversity

Education

• Course completed in tax preparation

• High School Diploma (or equivalent)

Qualifications

• Accredited Tax Preparer certification

• IRS registration

Compensation

$1000 - 40000 per season
