We a staffing agency in the Beaverton area, our founders are experienced IT business owners and professionals.

The Technical IT Recruiter role requires, among other traits, excellent in-person, phone, electronic and social media communication skills. You will also be adding to our network of quality professional candidates through various avenues of involvement, such as user groups, networking events, job boards, social media, etc.
Position Requirements:
•2+ years of proven success exceeding goals as an IT recruiter is desired but not necessarily required. We'll consider individuals with lesser experience who are upbeat, energetic, can "bring it" and who have the characteristics and traits to fit into a company building a vision and culture to be the very best at what we do.
•Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset who's able to work independently but who can also appreciate and be accountable to the team culture in exceeding customer and professional staff expectations
•Passionate about technology and the use of technology in performing their job responsibilities
•The ability to think creatively and outside the box
•Not afraid to introduce fresh ideas for better processes and better ways to deliver positive customer and candidate experiences
•Upbeat, personable and a "people person" by nature
•Able to admit to weaknesses and improve, able to learn from failures, remain positive and focus on turning failure into success
•Driven to be the best that you can be. . .while having fun doing it!
•Ethical and honest; first with yourself and then in your interactions with candidates, customers and colleagues
•Motivated and organized. Ability to chart direction and activities to meet established goals and to recognize when you're off course
•Ability to take ownership of responsibilities; successes and failures
•Flexible. Able to roll with changes when needed
