Demonstrated Skills and Experience:
?Proven track record in technical recruitment for contract staff augmentation or engineering services and consulting.
?Strength in creating strong candidate relationships.
?Strong negotiation skills
?Strength in describing and differentiating a company and it?s services over the phone and in person
?History of high-end revenue generation; trend of increasing billable headcount and revenue year over year, outperforming your peers, exceeding goals and expectations.
?Awareness and interest in current technology and industry trends or issues.

Responsibilities:
?Daily outbound prospecting and follow-up recruitment calls
?Source and qualify potential consultants within our niche areas of specialization utilizing the Internet or any other creative means available
?Isolate top notch consultants for open contract positions, pitch potential candidates on open jobs, negotiate hourly rates
?Interface with Business development Managers to coordinate submittals of candidate resumes on specific contract and project opportunities
?Drive and manage the placement process with candidates
?Maintain, expand and strengthen relationships with existing contractors on billing
?Utilize internal database tool effectively, document your activities

Education:
?Bachelor degree or equivalent in Business, Liberal Arts, or Sciences.
